The final days leading up to The 4^th Annual Amazing Turtle Race have arrived.  The turtles are making their way out to the lake of Ellen Trout Zoo.  This Saturday, October 3^rd.

The first 63 turtles to squeeze through the winner’s gate will receive prizes ranging from jewelry from Beard Fine Jewelers, Brookshire Brothers grocery and Polk Pick-it-up gas cards, iPods, a bike from Academy Sports and Outdoors, and gift cards from many different restaurants in town.  The very last turtle to pass through the winner’s gate will also be awarded a fantastic prize from KICKS 105!

Join us for food, games, fun, and a day of celebrating our beautiful county from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at Ellen Trout Zoo. You can even visit the zoo to see the “Real Amazing Turtles.” Ellen Trout Zoo Keepers will be holding talks on different kinds of turtles in the zoo. This fund-raising event for Angelina Beautiful/Clean is geared towards family fun while raising money for a great organization. Adopt your turtle for the race and come be a part of the shell-a-bration!
